i want a solo x 12" with a kx2500.1.. well as i read, will this cause me to have dimming lights even if i have an extra battery in the trunk?.. all this money everything to cause to not even get full power and runnin my battery out.. any advice would be nice...

well what are u wanting out of your system....., no it won't be worth the money if u can't do the upgrades......., it will sound nice for awhile but then is it really worth to mess up your car for some bump, look into some l5's or l7's with a 1200 watt amp.....

L7's can get extremly loud, and you dont have to have alot of power to get loud.whats your budget and im sure we could help you out man

if you shopped around you probobly could get all that for somewhere between 600-950 depending on if you're buying it new or not all together mine cost 675 including all shipping costs. Mine was also used thoug.

if i were you i'd go for something in the 1500-1600 RMS range, then you'd be getting the full potential from the L7's. In a proper enclosure those things will wang.

yeah, i dont think you'd want a solo X for a daily driver, you'd probobly end up with a perminant headache, and you'd need a pretty powerfull front stage to keep up.

12" L7's im pretty sure are rated at 750 RMS and definately port the box when you build one.

Running big wattage requires big money(more than a low wattage 12v system at least). Dont get into the mindset that more wattage = louder.
