Mine wont stabilize at all. It goes 30 then drops and hardly goes back up...

Well I think my computer can hear me so Ill whisper...

Now it stabilizes around 30-40, I capped my upload to 80% of max

100 kb max and capped it at 11kB and right now Im d/l fine. Also tried another tracker mentioned in here so maybe its the tracker or maybe its the cap...

I think Im just hoping to better than possible. My MAX d/l is 350 and I was getting around 35 so 10%. Seems like it could be higher, but torrentportal seems to be the best tracker so far.

well, i've got a 5mb/s connection, and i regularly hit 600-603kB/s on my torrents, so it's possible to get close to 100% of your connection for sure

make sure your half-open connections aren't limited by windows, and that you have your ports triggered or forwarded correctly, and are using as many connections as possible without crashing your router.

for example, in the picture above, i was downloading 570kB/s, but downloading from 175 seperate sources at once. if your connections or half-open connections are being restricted, you'll only be able to download from i believe 8 different people, which wont fare well for download speeds.

most people limit their uploads to a few kb/s so the trick is to download from as many people as possible

also your bandwidth comes into play, if your d/ling too much your overall bandwidth is gonna suk. but definatly look into forwarding your ports. http://www.portforward.com
