pffff, yea right... theoretically maybe...when's the last time you heard of a guy "getting taken advantage of" because he was drunk, waking up, and trying to press **** charges against the chick who wouldnt be drunk..... 1/1000000000 chances that would hold up in court
id say your fine if you were both drunk, and i'd save the videos just in case if you really can tell she is holding the phone...no charges to be pressed there...she could still take you to court, but she wouldn't win.
edit: just cause you delete your "recent calls" list, doesnt mean they cant see who you have been calling/whos calling you....same with the pics even if you delete them, im sure they can still get em back, or store somewhere
I find it hard to believe you were arrested for this BS. I'd keep them and lawyer up. She must come from money or some kind of power, because this BS isn't worth the resources.

How does this sound as a defense by the way??? I was telling my friend about it because he gets good laughs out of the dumb ***** stories... and he's actually smart when it comes to legal things... he said this one:
"You were in your car, parked in public, and she was not forced to be in there is the first important thing to mention. Then ask the officer this; 'why would you not be allowed to record and take pictures of anything that is going on in public?' Aren't you allowed to take pictures of anything going on in public. Then remind the cop that it wasn't 'behind closed doors' and that you feel you should have the right to take pictures and recordings of anything that is happening in public. After that, compare your story to walking down the street and seeing two people having *** in a park. Why would you be in trouble for taking a picture of them doing something illegal? If anything, you are helping the police by showing them proof of illegal acts if ever needed. Photos and videos is just more proof and evidence.

I was finding it hard to believe until he posted he was arrested for domestic abuse. That leads me to believe a lot of the story is missing.

they actually came for a statement and said that they will arrest me if she decides to press charges. I asked them if I just deleted them if they wouldn't arrest me and they said it wouldn't matter and would be up to her to make a decision.

I was found not guilty of domestic assault... I can post the court papers for proof on that one if I got to...

Amazing how these legal mishaps with women find you? My guess is, they weren't able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt in court. Doesn't mean you didn't do anything.

Well the girl complained I ***** her and beat her up and when the police gave her the **** kit test, they found no results of ****** assault so I was never even arrested for that and I proved to the crown prosecuter that I wasn't even in the same province as the chick on the date the chick was claiming that I assaulted her. I had to show receipts of my flight (to Vancouver which is on the other side of the country), and I went there for work and I had co-worker back me that I wasn't in the same city or province as the chick for the date she said I 'assaulted' her. So not only did I have the case dropped before trial I proved my innocence really.

the chick accusing me of assault was because I dated her for a while and when I cheated on her she made that assault complaint. I couldn't tell you why this chick is coming after me about the pics. and to be honest, I am a pretty rude guy in person... Being rude to someone after sleeping with them makes chicks want revenge... so I can't blame them entirely for getting revenge... just they're doing it in the wrong ways.
