willful drunkeness does not constitute an excuse to void a contract. I would assume its the same thing for ***. If he slipped her a roofie I think he'd be screwed, but I think he's fine.
wrong again

is that like if you get married when youre intoxicated , you dont need to sign any papers because you were in that state of mind?

my girlfriend was trying to explain something like that to me...lol.

sounds like something from that movie "What happens in vegas"

I think it is illegal to get married while your drunk, or something of the sort. I'd have to look into it tho

If this were true, Ive ***** every girl I have ever had *** with.
lol... drinking goes both ways... as does ****... I even question now if she was really drunk or not... I remember her asking me to buy her a drink because she went to the club with only $10.... $6 to get in and one drink = $10. I dunno, dudes buy chicks drinks too... it's hard to say. The police also gave me a warning about harrassing her... I haven't called her once since the hook up lol.

I do not know the laws and what she can or cannot say against you....but

Either way dude....if you delete the pics off of the phone they can still probably find proof that they were on your phone.

I had a class on computer forensics and my teacher was the head of computer forensics for St. Louis County Sheriff's dept. He said that they had connections to hook up certain cell phones and scan them just like they do with hard drives they confiscate.

Good luck man

Curtis

i think it is true. since youre 'commiting' to something that serious you have to be sober otherwise the contract is void.

she was saying her professor was explaining it in detail to her class. he was a lawyer for x amount of years.

my reasons to delete them wouldn't be to hide them from the police... my reason would be at her request... I don't really need them myself either. She took the pics herself is the biggest question for me... If I took them, there would be no doubt in my mind that it was wrong. I kinda want to show the police, because it's obvious she took the pics.

You might get charged. The Police will normally believe a girl that was drunk before they will believe a guy who ****ed her.

If you do delete the pictures then get rid of the phone.
