Nothing illegal about it. I'd keep the pics and tell her to stop being a club ho and she wont have to worry about these kinds of things. As for the police, show them the pics and tell them to **** off.

You might get charged. The Police will normally believe a girl that was drunk before they will believe a guy who ****ed her.

word! I got arrested for domestic assault in September off of a woman's word... Went in and out of court right up until May 13th where the crown prosecuter dropped the charges. If they wanted to get all forensic on your phone I am pretty sure they would take it and if they can find the pictures they will see as you already told them that she obviously took them herself.

BTW, for cell phone people... How much are the Treo palm phones... that's the phone it's on and how do you get to upload the stuff to your computer, do you need to buy something seperate... I got this phone for free from a friend a month ago and don't even know how to use it.... It's not even in my name yet.
