Is it illegal???

The other night I hooked up with this chick in a club.. she's 21 and seemed real freaky. We went back to my car and hooked up. After the sex, she took my phone from me and took nude pics of herself and then asked me to record her giving me head... She took the pics of herself and then she asked me to record the video.

I haven't spoke to her since; she was a little drunk that night. I figured if she asked me to delete the pics and video that I would... But she didn't ask me to and now today, the police show up looking to arrest me for taking the pictures without her permission and the police want a statement and they said if she wants to press charges against me that she could...

Now; do you think the police will arrest me? Only illegal thing that I could think of was having sex in my car (sex in public)... but that was her part too lol. As far as the pics go, I don't know to keep them to show the police because you can tell from the pics that she was taking them herself or get rid of them now since she doesn't want them around. what do you car audio experts think of this shitty situation?

If she was drunk she cant give consent, therefore it was rape if she wants to go that way. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

my only problem with that is... She took them of herself... Might be different if I was the one taking the pictures... or am I still screwed because I own the phone?

willful drunkeness does not constitute an excuse to void a contract. I would assume its the same thing for sex. If he slipped her a roofie I think he'd be screwed, but I think he's fine.

is that like if you get married when youre intoxicated , you dont need to sign any papers because you were in that state of mind?
