??Is A Hifonics BXI1608D amp good for 2 4ohm Kicker CVX Subs??

Is A Hifonics BXI1608D amp good for 2- 4ohm Kicker CVX Subs?? The amp puts out 1600 rms @ 1ohm and both subs @ 750 a piece would put out 1500rms @ 1ohm. I believe this is correct.
