Is 1200 bad for all of this ?

I got a guy who has a Pheonix Gold Tantrum 1200.1 and 600.4, Tantrum 10 Farad Powergrid and 2 Eclipse SW9122 subs. He is telling me 1200 shipped for all of it. Think it is a good deal ? Also has one set of endcaps for the Tantrum amp.
