Ive dealt with them. They came to me for 'x' amount, I said I don't believe I owe x, I believe I owe y. They said you sound honest to us and it's possible you could be right. If you can present rock solid evidence you can pay y. You can't so we'll give you the benefit of the doubt and split the difference between what we think you owe and what you think you owe just to get something and close the case. Paid the 2 grand off in about a month and that was the end of it. They really don't seem that bad to me as long as they don't get the impression they're being lied to and you make a good faith effort to take the initiative to pay something without them having to track you down like Tommy Lee Jones in the fugitive. I understand everybody's situation is different but... 99% of the time these situations can be remedied with a phone call ahead of time when you already know you're about to miss the payment saying 'things are tight this month, but I plan to pay what I owe as soon as the money comes in.' It's usually the people who skip payments and ignore notices and wait for the issue to get pushed who get screwed the worst.

Why have I still not received the JL Audio 500/1 amplifier I purchased and payed you for via Paypal over three weeks ago Kent? Why won't you return my calls, emails PM's regarding our transaction? AGAIN... do you have a tracking number for this item and when can I expect it???

Dont worry about your stuff guys. IMO Kman is one of the most stand-up guys on this board.
