Long short of the story, after I told you that the sub was OK, I rechecked and it has a slight rub on the vc at higher excursions. I should have let you know a while ago, but I have ordered you another one and it is being shipped here now. Give me a call or email and I will give you the supporting documentation as proof.

I have been off line for a while because of personal issues, that I would rather not get into on CA. but if you would like to talk feel free to give me a call.

I'm sitting here waiting blindly. You haven't told me anything lately, and you won't answer PMs or your inbox is full. No tracking number either... and you said you were shipping them out a while ago. The dude who bought 8 of them apparently got his(I bought mine before him and you said they were all shipping out the same day... Just a shipping confirmation or some sort of update will shut me up. I understand you had some trouble with the IRS and what not, but I'm in the dark here and am getting really nervous about this whole deal.

In your case I simply screwed up! They are sitting in my garage. please call me and I will man up in person.

Kmanian, send me my $225 back ASAP unless you decide to ship the subs and provide appropriate tracking information, or at least respond.

Sad part is I DID get the motors but baskets are not there. I do not feel like dropping 70+ for new ones when i have these paid for. But we need an update.

I screwed up, I put the shipping doc. on the box and forgot to ship it in your case also. I have no defence, if you want your money back for the baskets I will be happy to do so, if not I will ship them tomorrow.

The same thing happened to me a few months back when I traded Kent my 10'' Icon + cash for his saz1500d. UPS ended up losing the 1500d before they even shipped it. Kent was nice enough to ship me his spare 1500d instead of making me deal with UPS. Then the same IRS thing happened. I'll admit I was just as nervous as you guys but as soon as the IRS thing cleared up my "second" amp was shipped and arrived in absolutely perfect condition. There is no need to worry about Kent scamming you guys. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again even after what I went through and knowing that it happened again to you guys. I'm sure he'll take care of everything when he has time.

He was supposedly shipping all 10 of the DC Audio subs out the same day... The other dude got his apparently on Monday. I think Illinois is closer to Tennessee than Texas is.
Kmanian, you should go to a library or something and take care of your PM box.

I have not cleared the PMs because I have not had time unfortunately to go through them to make sure I'm not deleting important PM's.

I'll just say something publically for you, so that this isnt a complete slugfest on you. I appreciate your honesty about the first sub I bought and returned and the fact that the sub you WERE going to send has a problem. While the shipping issue has been a bit of a problem, I still havent got my subbox even built yet, I just don't like my money floating around too much. In these days where there are SO many scammers about, even some well respected names, you could easily take the low road and do like they did, I applaud you for doing the right thing, at least by me, and it appears by everybody else as well.
