In this ebay auction it says this alt only puts out 80 at idle:

yet in the group buy thread

it says they do like 130 at idle... so i'm lost.

no the 130 idle is the 200 amp alternator not the 180. the one on ebay is not listed in the group buy thread the 180 listed is for imports not GM
