i'm looking to upgrade the stereo in my rock crawler. right now, my ipod is wired directly into a small memphis 100w amp. i have 2 rockford 6x9's. i just got a mtx thunder 5400x. it powers 2 left speakers, 2 right speakers and a sub. question is, how do i wire my ipod directly into this amp since it has the extra input for the sub? i don't want to run 4 speakers, just the 2 6x9's and a sub. thanks alot

you may want to check the voltage that the ipod puts out. if it is 5 volts or less(which i dont think it is) you could just get a 1/8" inch jack to a RCA cable. if not and you cant find any thing that is ment for doing that you could modify a LOC to do it.

that's what i have now but with a much simpler amp. the amp i want to put in has rca cable hookups for the left side speakers, right side speakers and another set for the sub. how can i hook it up to get all 3?
