Ipod + Pioneer DHP 850MP

Hi

I know this has been posted before and I searched and read all the posts but I wasn't 100%sure what would be the best thing to do.

I want to be able to connect my Ipod to my headunit (Pioneer DHP 850MP) and listen to it through my speakers.

I would like to be able to control the eq functions of my headunits also while playing from my ipod.

It would be nice to be able to see the information about the songs being played on the headunit. It would be also nice to be able to control the IPOD using the headunit and the remote but I don't really care.

How would I go about doing this?

What do I need?

will my subs work with my ipod?

I found these

Icelink

and

this

http://www.mp3yourcar.com/productdetails.asp?productID=273

how are these?

what are my options and what is the best way to do this?

Thank you.

1- Buy this, It may be compatible since you have a "P" in you're model #... http://www.crutchfield.com/S-zB6y0VlyRCH/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=130CDIB100&search=pioneer+ipod

2- Answer #1 & a compatible iPod...

3- In conjunction with answer #3, yes...

4- Never heard of those...

5- If Answer#1 works buy that, otherwise, buy Answer#4...

from what ive heard, the pioneer ipod unit (cd-ib100) is not very user friendly. out of all the options, itll probably sound the best but its annoying to use. when searching, itll only display one song at a time and even then, its only the first 8 letters of the song. its slow to navigate and takes a while to get used to.

im trying to look at the other links u posted but the mp3yourcar one is taking a year to load. both of those look like u have to control the songs from ur ipod, which is pretty dangerous while driving since the font is so small. u probably wont have EQ control either, whereas u will with the cd-ib100. i was personally gonna buy that unit until i heard about how cumbersome it was, so now im just gonna stick with mp3 cds till something better comes out.
