ok so last night i decided to get an iphone, and now im wondering what i have to do to get alll this done. i am eligable for a phone upgrade on friday, and all the phones give the 2 yr contract price, and the base price of buying it outright. now since i am able to get an upgrade will i get the contract price or the base price? also the iphone only gives one price the 400$ 8 GB, and the 500$ 16 GB, but below that it says with activation of a 2 yr contract with at&t. so is there another price i will have to pay or do all iphones just cost 4 or 500 whether you get a contract or not? oh and they say you will get the phone deactivated and you pick your plan when it gets to you, can i not just keep the **** plan i have now or will i have to get some gay *** special plan because i get an "iphone" i have so many minutes and my family has the unlimited texting for $30 a month. i dont really care about the email and all that internet BS, i just want to listen to music watch videos, talk and text.

So, why are you getting an iphone.

So, why are you getting an iphone.
cuz my ipod broke and i want a new one but i need a new phone too and its a phone, and an ipod. plus its cool as hell. and i will prolly end up getting the internet and stuff eventually. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

if you get the iPhone you have to get an iphone plan which is 30$ on top of your normal bill. It includes Internet and all that stuff, but only has 200 texts. If you want 1500 texts (what I have) its 10 bucks more, and for unlimited its 20 bucks more. My bill is 90$ a month and thats with the cheapest minutes plan which is 450 a month with rollover. So basically if you get the iPhone you have to get the plan which means you have to get Internet. Trust me, once you do you will never wanna go back to a normal phone. In fact I just wrote all that to you on mine while laying in bed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Hope that helps

Doh, I just posted in your other thread. But no, there is no contract discount or upgrade discount on the iPhone as it isn't directly sold through ATT but through Apple. And yeah you will need the iPhone plan, it's not up to you. Lol :p Read my post in the other thread for some info on getting custom apps and things like you were asking before.

i just got 3 for $1853.27 and i could of bought a 120gb ipod and a phone straight out and saved a $1000, but I want to look cool in front of people,so when they look over my shoulder they can think im rich with my iphone and G unit shirt
