iphone unlocking, anyone?

Anyone know how to unlock the 5.11.07 baseband iphones? I need to unlock my mom and dad's before they go out of the country for vacation. They want to use a prepaid sim card and make calls outside the country with their iphones. O and they both have the 3g with 3.1.2 update. I have jailbroken both. I also tried to downgrade the baseband but that didn't work. Let me know. I may be able to pay depending on how much.
