so i finally get an iphone bout 10 days ago.... was watchn the ufc fights to 2nite, after they were over i thawt i would text a buddy and give him sht on how bad shogun looked... the dam* thing wouldnt do anything!! it doesnt feel my finger touching it???? wont even let me answer a call... anybody have this happend to them????

It has happen to a me. Do you have the up to date firmware off iTunes? Also if it does freeze or whatever, hold down the home screen button for it to close the froze app or whatever. It lags rarely but when it does it pisses me off. But try that

it wont even let me do that in itunes!! says an error occured... got the latest version also. cant turn it off either....

it wasnt in an app.... i always lock my phone, went to unlock it and would let me put the passcode in.. its like the touch sensor isnt working

I believe all iPhones are, if it's defective they should just give you a new one. When I went the guy ahead me had a similar problem, they left side of his screen he couldn't touch. They just gave him a new me.

reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

hold the lock and home button simultaneously for 10 seconds. this will force a hard reboot.
