Inverted or Not to Invert?

Yeah I only asked because I see allot of cars with this done and the box is not as big as you would think it should be.

i'm pretty sure its just an optical illusion when you see the subs *** out

Actually I have THUMPPER working on a box for me and i asked about inverted because i wanted to show the *** on my RD HW and he says he dont recommend it, he says you lose sound quality. SO HM? your saying THUMPPER dont know what hes talking about?

you can put words in my mouth if you like, but i never said anything about thumpper. I've personally heard some bad *** systems that were inverted

I listened to a pair of Kicker L7's today inverted in a back seat console box...in a 4 door F150 on an old school Memphis 1000 ...they sounded just fine....

Will you notice a difference? Probably not, if it's just a simple sealed box.

I was just stating what i had herd from a well known good box builder whos had his share of subs/boxes, which is why i said "i herd" not like i said NO THEY DONT SOUND GOOD INVERTED..

I retract my comment. Apparently it does make a difference. I don't recommend it. If it made your subs magical compared to normal mounting, wouldn't everyone be doing it?
