Internet problems...Any help appreciated

For the past 3 days my internet has been messing up..I am on a hard line and my room mate gets wireless from me..

Today is the worse it has been..I have to rest the router about ever 10 minutes..I can surf for 10 minutes, and then it will just go to the launch modem page. I then have to unplug the router and wait for a few minutes..Plug it back in, and then I can surf for a little more.But it will go right back to the launch modem page after a few minutes. I have no freakin clue what to do.

Any ideas?

why not just call your ISP and have them help you over the phone? i do everytime i have modem/router issues and they walk me thru.
