They used to be real big a few years ago but have seemed to phased out a bit, at least down south here. If you want to go that way I recommend using Street Glow products as they are pretty much the leader in quality when it comes to lighting kits. What you want is a music module that you can hook up the lights to. You can do interior lights on it or even hook an underbody kit to it so the entire car will pulse with the music. Go to http://www.streetglow.com and look at their products they have pretty much any type of lights for any budget for anywhere on a car.

thats what you plug the lights into to make them "pulse" to the music. The lights themselves don't do it its the module that causes them to do that.
