Interesting noise problem on vehicle startup

For the last few months, when I start up my vehicle in the morning or other time during the day, I experience this noise issue that has left me scratching my head. This is a bit of a read but if anybody can help it's greatly appreciated. Bascially when the amps turn on, I will get a ticking out of my right speaker, consistent with engine speed, as well as a small whine. Sound will also be a lot louder on the right side, and a lot quieter on the left than it is under normal operation. While this is occuring, music also appears to be louder than it would at the same volume under normal operation.

This will go on for a couple of minutes, and then it will suddenly go back to normal. Proper volume level and normal balance. The noise disappears completely as well, once it goes back to normal there is zero noise.

I can rule out the head unit, I upgraded recently and the problem persisted after the change. Naturally I have checked "the obvious", grounds, interconnects, etc. I cannot seem to locate the source of this problem. Amplifiers in question are Phoenix Gold Tantrum 1200.1 and 300.2. I think it is just the 300.2 that is having the problem, I cannot tell if the same thing is happening to the sub amp, but for what it's worth, it doesn't seem to be.

Sounds like a grounding issue. It could be the ground on the HU, amps. I had alt whine from a Xover picking up interference and a RCA video connection coming loose and in contact with a ground.

Lots of possibilities. Just check every single connection.

You can start by disconnecting each piece of equipment to locate the problem.
