insulating pads for mosfets

Anyone have a good part number or source for the insulating/thermal pads that get used between the heatsink and the fet itself?

I'm attempting my first repair here, a MTX 6001. It looks like regular old thermal goop like you would use on a computer CPU.

Doesn't really look thick enough to be an electrical insulator.

i have a roll of kapton tape, i can send you some if you want for free..! its used to replace all insulators that have been destroyed on amps.....pm me

actually , i just clean all the thermal grease off real good, along with the old insulators.

now take the kapton tape, pull some out , lay it down where the old ones went , then smear some new thermal grease on top of the new tape , put the amp board back in.......done :
