instead of viewing my thread plz post back instead :P i need help 2 12 inch mtx 9500

ok what if i wire them down to 4 ohm will this be good for now until i order the right stuff???

That will still do him no good since his alternator will not be able to keep up with the power he's running.
OP you should save up and get the right electrical upgrades. Your electrical is not something you go cheap on, thats is basically the structure of your system.

its a 1999 chevy malibu. and a full run from negative battery front to negative batter back??
either do that or instead of doing that fuse both positives, and ground each battery seperately to chassis (front bat to chassis, rear bat to chassis)

Run positive from rear bat to amp pos and amp neg to rear bat neg

Seems a little pointless, but whats the extra cost, 1 more fuseholder only like $20? To be sure your batteries dont xxxplooode. $20 good peace of mind

ahh that help me out alot thx. negative side never takes inline fuses right? and that front battery negative is just the big three upgrade( negative battery to chassis right?)

and i wouldnt need a isolator right? i dont bump with my car off anyways

nope, yes (all batteries are grounded to frame or chassis big 3 or not), and nope.

if your amp is relativly close to your amp??
he means amp > battery pos fuse.. probably a little overboard, and personally i might leave fuse c out myself as well but then again why not fuseholders are only usually $20

the guy who made that photo had some reason for fusing it i dont remember why

So if the amp is close to the positive battery u dont have to fuse it or is it just back up

An inline fuse isfor shorts and to make sure that more power then whats rated for your wire does not go through. So sine your amp is fused there is no need for an inline fuse as long as the wire is not able to short out. But if you need a couple feet of power wire from your batt to your amp id use a fuse in case of a short somewere
