Installled a clarion headunit into sons Grand Cherokee, need assistance

Been awhile since Ive installed ahead unit but today's harnesses and wiring were super simple. Bought the NZ503 clarion with nav, flip up screen etc.... all inclusive.

Works with radio just fine but I get no audio with DVD or bluetooth. Audio works fine with radio and nav. Went through settings like 1000000x, dont see anything that would effect audio separately from the am/fm compared to dvd and bluetooth/iphone.

Thoughts?
