Installing Voltage Meter Gauge Help!

Im geting this Volt Meter and i want to know where i install it. Wires to witch wires?!?

Red is 12v, and black is ground. You can just tie them in with the positive and negative terminals on your amp.

don't know if there is a third wire, maybe look on stinger's site?

so on the amp. Cuz i dont know where the wires go thats what i was asking
