Installing subwoofers into my rsx

Hi I need help on installing a subwoofer into my rsx type s. It has a stock bose system but I also wanted to install a 2x JL 12w3v3's but the problem is. Some of my friends don't know what to do. the rsx amp is connected to all 7 subwoofers. I'm just afraid I might mess up the clarity of the bose system if I mess with the wirings by putting in the JL's. I don't really want 2 subwoofers going at 1 time. Are there a way in taking the bose woofer out and put a 500/1 JL amp connected to the JL subs. Well you guys know what I mean

this is what i did......go into trunk n start taking your carpet out then u will get to you spare tire....n the sub is hook onto that in a case or something...jus unclip the connection to it and take it out....

just get to the amp in the spare tire, and all the connections you'll need are right there- signal and remote turn on.

Wish all cars were that simple to work with.

the amp is under your passenger seat.. i ran wiring from the back of the head unit to the amp under the seat for my buddy.. of course that is to use the head unit to power the speakers instead of the factory ampp.. youre going to want to bypass that factory amp i believe.. i need to be there hands-on to knww what to do.. in your case, i think all u need to do is run an RCA from the back of your HU to the 500/1.. and power... whats so hard about that?
