Installing rear speakers in 03 Explorer 2 door sport help please

I am not sure how to install the rear speakers in my explorer 2 door sport ( not the sport Trac). Do I just pop the grill off or do I need to remove the whole inside side panel to get to the speaker? Thank you for any help you can provide.
