Installing Q-logic kickpanels

Okay, so these are like one thin piece of plastic each, but they fit my car and look good.

I have a feeling they're going to rattle, and I've never used any kind of dynomat.

I'm going to be using CDT EF-51'(5 1/4"). Can someone tell me how I should dynomat(or any other reccomended method) to reduce rattle etc?

Strengthen them with fiberglass.

I bought some used, they came with a layer of dynamat on the back and I am very surprised at how stiff they are.
