installing pioneer hu on mitsubishi mirage 14'

today i've bought from amazon the pioneer avh-1300nex

you can see in the attachment the current hu installed in the car

do i need to buy the wiring harness? this one fit my car metra 70-7005 radio wiring harness for 07 mitsubishi or the one i have now will fit?

my 2nd question - what is easier to use for steering wheel interface - pac or metra axxess?

So already have aftermarket HU installed? If yes then you should be able to reuse the harness just have to resplice if not a Pioneer already in. As far as Pac vs Metra Ive used both just preference in my experience or whichever is more available or budget if not ordering on line

the car came with this HU installed, but not from the manufacturer. Here in Israel the dealer make some local modification for the car included the stereo system.

today i've removed the current HU again to see the cables. if im not wrong i can see i've already the wire harness adapter, right?

yes plug the one end into factory harness and then check your colors on harness to the new one then cut it but leave some wire on the radio side to use in future
