Installing midrange 8ohm (parallel)?

Hey guys thanks in advance, i have 2 massive m6 midrange that are 8 ohm, should i wire them in parallel ? Will they sound better at 4 ohms? What do you guys do

They will sound the same if the power is the same.

What im trying to do is open up a another channel to add another speaker, so if i parallel my 8ohm drivers they will sound the same?

Yso i wired em up parallel and acrually it sounds almoat exactly the same so im happy with it
