I have a question about wiring my HU up to this car. It has the basic stereo system (no OEM amps, no bluetooth, ect.) I have a wiring diagram for this and I was wondering how do I wire up the data communication lines (CAN BUS +/-). I have been searching up and down on the internet and have found nothing for this issue. Everything is for 04 and earlier. I'm not snipping into these lines because I don't need to take down all the modules in the car lol. Anyways, can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

That sucks ***. Can I bypass it or anything? Why couldn't I just hook up to 12v accy on the harnes I have?

Or does it just not work that way. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way the canbus is a data code translated by the factory radio telling to turn on. The metra part translates that into a 12v acc. You can't go to the ignition harness either since the acc is negteigger through a resistor. I don't ever recommend going to the fuse box unless you grab a wire behind that you verify is the same wire connected to the acc fuse which could take a a while
