Installing crossovers / tweets..

Hey guys, I ordered a set of 6.5 inch CDT components not too long ago, and I only replaced the woofers because I was lazy and didn't have the time, plus it sounded so much better than before.

Now I want to put the tweeters and crossovers in.. The only thing is I didnt get nor can I find any wiring harnesses or anything for the tweeters.. am I just supposed to splice into the current factory wire?

Nope. Take the output from the amp and run it to the crossover, then connect the woofer and tweeter directly to the crossover. You're probably going to have to bypass the factory wiring for the tweeter as it may have a crossover in-line already.

Tweeter and mid bass connect directly to the passive crossover (via speaker wire). Crossover connects directly to the amplifier (via speaker wire). Amplifier connects to the head unit (via RCA's).
