installing amp

You guys may think im stupid but i just turend 16 and got my license and got a car (honda crv) now i dont know how to hook up my amp? if anyone has a good explination or pictures would be nice of how to install it would be great. also any good website itreid searching on google but didnt come up with very detailed infromation

Go to http://www.crutchfield.com and look for the amp install video. pretty good video to help you get the idea.

Btw, you dont have to buy it.

 

[repo24 10+ year member]

1. run power wires - leave fuse out until last!

2. connect ground wire to chasis

3. Run RCA's and remote wire from HU to amp - do not connect RCA's yet

4. Connect remote wire

5. connect ground wire

6. connect power wire

7. run speaker wire/connect to amp

8. Connect RCA's

9. put in fuse

Make sure you scrape your grounding spot free of paint and connect it sturdilly.

Also make sure that all the wires are attached firmly so they don't short out
