~Magick_Man~ 10+ year member CarAudio.com Veteran 2,261 10 bedford,Tx Feb 24, 2006 #2 if you just want to connect 1 sub to 1 amp and 1 sub to the other amp they do not need to be strapped. you could strap them and run the subs together in parallel/series but there isnt really a point. the real way strapping would help you is if you needed alot of power for some uber sub. ~Magick_Man~
