i need help installing and wiring 2 10" alpine type r's and a kenwood kac8104D mono block amp for best sound results possible
Need more info here. What voicecoils do the type R's have?i need help installing and wiring 2 10" alpine type r's and a kenwood kac8104D mono block amp for best sound results possible
Your only choices are 1 ohm or 4 ohms if you use both subs. You'd be wasting your time at 4 ohms. If you just wanted to use one sub you could wire it to 2 ohms. To get the most out of your subs you need a different amp. You need at least 1000 watts anyway for two R's and that amp is only rated at 500.so if its not 1ohm stable how should i wire it
Yeah, I'd look for something 1ohm stable if you want to run both.Your only choices are 1 ohm or 4 ohms if you use both subs. You'd be wasting your time at 4 ohms. If you just wanted to use one sub you could wire it to 2 ohms. To get the most out of your subs you need a different amp.
Why do you want more subs? More subs = more power needed and electrical upgrades. $$$$so what amp would you prefer using and what would it cost i dont want to spend much cuz i have 4 more subs i want to try and hook up
I don't know much about them but they're 500 watts rms as well. Are yours dual 2 or dual 4 ohms?i got 2 12" alphasoniks 400 series would they work good with that amp and how would you wire them
