<Mr. JuU KnO>
I have 0/1 gauge from front stock battery to isolator to yellow top in trunk to cap to fuse dist. to amp. i grounded the amp to the battery and the cap, battery to the chassis.
HU: alpine cda-9835
amp: 1 orion 1200d;
subs: 2 earthquake subzero-12's;
alt: stock 130A;
cap: 2 fared tsunami;
fuse: 300A combined.
i am running the sub in a 1 ohm config and the amp is 1 ohm stable rated at 1200rms/2400max. at max output voltage drops to around 11.5V. i am underpoweing these subs they are rated 1000rms/2000max and need to either get another orion 1200d, or sell it to get either: orion 2500d, hifonics brusus bxi-2008d, kicker zx1500.1, or a jl 1000/1 to run both subs. i have already blown and got 1 of these subs replaced due to being underpowered. i have been trying to adjust the sub boost lvls on the HU but am weary about sending the wrong freqs to possible blow another one. what's the best way to go about this upgrade?
