i got my crystal sscs components installed today, and all i can say is wow. i had just listened to some jl zr components before my components whent in and i remember thinking, i hope the crystals sound like that. but to my surprise they sounded way better. i was freaken amazed. all i payed was 165 from 95stroked1500 and he was right about it sounding better than alot of higher priced components. all that was needed was a spacer to make it fit and thats all. but wait heres the good part, it sounded really good and im not even running an amp to them yet. yup thats right, its straight of the pioneer 5700 hu. anyway, just thought i mentioned that. aloha everyone

ill be adding an amp very soon. not sure what brand yet, but something that will compliment my 1.a. 20.1. the speaker that came out of my accord was pretty trippy to. not sure what the brand was, but the cone was made out of some kind of transparent blue plastic looking thing. anyone seen a speaker like this? but yeah id suggest crystal anyday.

If u want to go with a decent low budget amp i suggest the Prifile Ap1000. It will give you 160rms so u still have a lil over and i heard that crystals can take 150rm daily with no problem...

Get this amp and run it bridged to those Crystals. Kicker06 on here has the exact same setup. He posted some vids not too long ago. A quick search should reveal them.

Yup, they are little peaches.

Good choice. Wait til you get them amped. x100 better than HU power.

That amp will put out around 200wrms on each channel. I run that daily, sounds amazing.
