installation kit, wire long enough?

i'm ordering up all the stuff to do an install in my friends 08 escalade. i'm looking at a wiring kit from knu, and i'm concerned that the 17 foot length of power wire wont be long enough. the battery is on the passenger side closer to the firewall, and i can mount the amp on the passenger side of the cargo area, but i'm still concerned that 17 feet wont be long enough. anyone have any idea how many feet of power wire it takes to run a large suv like this? its an escalade esv, by the way

i needed 18 foot for my suburban but that was after the fuse holder up front the escalade is shorter so 17 should work..grab a tape measure and measure real quick..
