Well... it finally happened. I was scammed out on ebay. ****ers. I bought a Hifonics monoblock for what seemed to me was an alright deal, not a steal by any means. The auction stated it was fully functional. When it came to me, of course... no dice. Doesnt work. Emailed many times. No returns. My question is, if I file a PP claim, and hes already taken the money out (it took him about a week to ship), Im just shit out of luck, huh? I hate these ******* sellers. Serves me right for messing around with sellers with 28 feedback ratings.

try ic3.gov... when pp and my local pd couldnt help me a couple weeks ago with a ps3 on this site they help me out and got my monies back

pp wouldnt do anything cause he had an tracking number and the local pd wouldnt do anything cause he was from CA. so if nothing else works try it... it worked for me... and if it didnt work when you got it pp should do soemthing..

When I sent the amp to you, it was in fully operational, working condition. No problems with it whatsoever. It doesnt make any sense why it doesnt work now. I really dont know what to tell you. I cant refund your money, because it was in working condition when it left. I am sorry.
