****ing ohms?

I have a 1200 watt rms at 1 ohm amp, and one Cerwin vega stroker DVC, which takes 1200 watts rms.

1. I think each voice coil is 2 ohm.(do you know for sure)?

2. To run at full power I want to wire the speaker to one ohm. Can I do that with one DVC speaker?

3. How do I wire to 1 ohm, I've heard of series and parallel, but not sure how to do that.

4. What overall recomendation(sp) do you have?

yes if you wire a 2 ohm dvc in parallel you will get a 1 ohm load http://www.jlaudio.com/tutorials/wiring
