that makes no sense at all. A Person with 99% feedback with only 100 transactions has only 1 negative feedback, but the chances of a deal going smoothly are the same as the guy with 20,000 transactions

w/ a 99% and 20k transactions, that proves to me the guy screws up on a regular basis. 1 or 2 mistakes, fine. but over 200. not trustworthy in my mind.

it is to me. When you have that much stuff to ship out and contact sellers about and answer questions, yes that's good enough for me.
