i thought ebay added all the taxes and shipping in the invoice that the seller sends to you after the auction is over.......sounds like he didnt get what he wanted , so he made up a stupid excuse to get out of selling it...
i say give him some negative feedback....after you get your refund...

The guy said no local pickups.. That's so he can over charge to ship the thing for $25..


It said pay now so I did.. The auction said.. "Paypal will add the required taxes".. Not my fault they don't have their paypal setup correctly..

that makes no sense at all. A Person with 99% feedback with only 100 transactions has only 1 negative feedback, but the chances of a deal going smoothly are the same as the guy with 20,000 transactions

whats confusing there? I have 700+ transactions on eghey with 100% I STRIVE to keep my people happy with next day shipping or EXCELLENT communication. When buying on eghey, I dont know how many times Ive heard of someones grandma died bla bla bla.. This, after I have waited over a week or two for an item. And a recent pet peeve of mine on that shithole is the douchebags that list in their auctions the item will ship Priority mail, and they send it First Class instead. Instant neutral feedback, with appropriate comments made for the reason. And I will not over pay for shipping, Ill find a different seller. You listed the item, you take Paypal.. YOU cover the fee's OR ask more for your item!

My only 2 negative feedback was 1 where a person didn't want to sell me the item cause I got it so cheap so she left me negative feedback, and the other said that I sent the wrong part and they wanted to send me another different part. I'm 100% IMO
