Mainly it's 5 channels vs 8 channels. That's always been the deciding factor if it's between those two processors only.

Year, make and model of the vehicle? Are you going to install this yourself? These processors aren't plug-n-play, you need at minimum a laptop computer plus you need to know what to do with the software.

What are your goals for the car? Really it depends on what amps/ how many amps you are gonna run.

Goals is to upgrade sound, have an audison sr5 but was told it's under powered so replacing it with Hertz HDP4 to run Hertz Hi Energy components maybe looking at getting the Voce AV6 Components. I was inquiring becuz a guy at work recommended audison bit one or ten, ten D, I only no a lil bit bout audio thought I may ask you all for advice..

Sounds like for what your doing the bit 10 should be enough. It's also half the price, that's the direction I would go if I was you.
