Infinity...

Anybody running the Infinitys that are woven and have the fiberglass cones? My dad just got a set in his Jeep. He really could care less about his car audio anymore but, he found some of his old school rap albums and wanted a little noise. I was surprised as they sound awesome just wondering if you guys have tried them..... And, if these are garbage in your opinion what would be another good set of speakers in that price range of $180-$200 a set for my Ford Escape?

You have kappas.

Ive never heard them personally. But they are a step up above the infinity reference speakers that I have in my ford taurus.

Alot of folks here dont seem to like infinity and will tell you they are junk and to get something else. I like my references just fine and see no reason to get rid of them.

If you like them thats all that matters. Rock on!

I had the green kappa 12's 120.somthing and LOVED EM, had the perfects great sq but not as loud. Course I was dumb and didnt have a alarm and now I dont have that system either...

i like the pioneer d series speakers if your going for coaxials
