By depending on the install you mean how well they are installed?

Well, let's just say both would be installed professionally. Now which would be better?
Brutus. I think what they need to know is how your speaker configuration is going to be?
If you get component speakers are you going to have kick panels? or are you going to put the tweets in the a frame of your car? (is that the right term) etc... Because if you are debating on weather to have components or single 3-ways and they are gonna be in your doors at your feet, then I would just get the 3ways.

Yeah, they are just going to be in the stock position. And if I had the tweeters they'd PROBABLY just go in that little triangle on the other side of the side mirrors on the door (I got a 97 civic). Hope that gives some insight

just go with the three ways. I have them in my corolla. They sound fantastic... I am lazy and components are NO FUN to install. Just go the lazy way...
