Hey whats up guys, Just wondering I m looking for real good sound, something loud but not outrages, I dont want the trunk of my car ratteling. I want two 12's and I own a 1996 Honda accord. Which of these two subs would you suggest I get? I dont know if its even a comparison one may be way better than the other but I wouldnt know, Just got into car audio so I have alot to learn...also if there are any other subs that have great sound, lows highs and mids let me know, i m willing to spend money ...lets say like 1,000 for two 12's and maybe on powerful amp or two mid powerful ones on my system so help out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif also since I mentiond the amps, which amps would be suited for whatever set up you suggest, the titanium subs have a continous power handling of 750 and peak of 1500 the kappa 12's i m not sure on helup out, and if your going to make dumb comments just remember at some point u knew very little on what you know well know so dont be a smart as. Finally would you prefer audiobhan or eclipse for real good sound and loudness and why?

ps. I tried searching for this so maybe I missed it or it was never posted

dont go for audicrahp. sig shows my opinion. eclispe titanium is gunna rumble ur balls, and if done right those perfects will as well. 2 eD nine.1's strapped on the titaniums....yes its a lot of headroom lol, but that can be so bad. : ) : ). u could get a different one, but i love my single eD nine.1 NOW................get eclipse haha.

cool, should I go for 10's though for a 96 accord 4 door? I mean I dont want the trunk ratteling, I think that sounds horrible from the outside, I want something that sounds real good and is loud, but looking more for quality of the sound as opposed to the loudness

your going to need to deade your trunk, i havet heard an accord that doesnt rattle bad with subs in it. but they have all had really loud setups, if your going with the titaniums your going to rattle,so deaden your trunk its not that expensive

thanx, i appreciate that, you ever heard of rblox? they do sound deading stuff and i have a a minor sponroship w them so maybe I ll use them after all.

I don't think a ten will make much of a difference at all with rattling. Dynamat your trunk if it rattles.
I ll look into it, but then again i m getting a custom trunk done at a shop they would prob take care of that right? if not i ll ask em to do it, but as I mentioned before have u heard of rblox? http://www.rblox.com i might use that since i have a sponsorship w them

Honestly, for musical purposes, I'd recommend the Alums over the Titaniums for most applications. They have a lower inductance, better lowend, and only slightly less linear output, as well as being significantly lighter and cheaper.

They are more of a match as far as design goals with the Perfects than are the Titaniums.

For what you want, a pair of sealed Alum 12s with maybe 800-1kW total should be more than sufficient.

If you wanted balanced music, a single sealed Alum 12 would be quite sufficient, honestly.

tough call.....i'vee owned a few infinity perfects and i thought they were wonderful with 400-500 watts to them...i think if you got 2 kappa perfect 12.1d and ran them off a memphis 16-mc1000d you'll have all the SQ in the world + a good amount of boom...great subs...though i've heard good things about the eclipses.....i think they are right on the same level with each other...
