Hey, does anyone know, or know where i can find the driver volume for this sub? Trying to spec out my box and need to know how much over 1 Cu ft to make it. Thanks

I have some fried ones.... if you really, realllllllllllllllllllllllly want it I'll find out exactly....

other wise just make it a little bigger, the sub won't break or sound horrid cause you don't have EXACTLY 1 cubic foot.

there are general guide lines, but the displacement is so small it's really not going to be that noticable if you neglect to add it in...

And as someone with experience with the IKP's I'd STRONGLY suggest you port it, esp in a Wrangler.... they really aren't very loud.

Just make the enclosure ~1.75 and tune it to around 30 if I were you and you will be fine..

what amp are you planning on running the sub with?

Kicker 550.3 for my 6.5's and for sub. I'm not in it for the SPL, all i'm after is SQ. Would i still need to port it? I was thinking like 1.15 cu ft.

I'd port it and tune low, I had my 2 12's in 2.5 cubes each tuned to 28hz with alot of port area... sounded pretty **** good for what they were.

Ok, Well i can fit 1.75 (or more likely i'd do 1.85 total to accoun for sub).

But what could i do about port, right now the measurements i'm looking at doing are only 10" deep, the port on that one is 12 and 1/3". Not much space to work with back there remember. What coudl i do about that? I was hoping to keep a little space back there as well (like enough for 1 school book and maybe my CD book) but if i do a ported box i dont think they will fit either....

I would say stay sealed because the wrangler doesnt need a big box for you to hear it. A friend of mine had 1 JL 10w3 and it was very sq oriented and still got loud. I know there isnt much space thats why i would reccomend sealed, but i have 0 experience with Infinity subs so do what you want.

I think you're thinking about this too much.... just make it 1.5 cubes total and be done with it....
