paste

crop the section of the page that has the name, pic, and vital info's of their avatar

save

resize to a height of 135 pixels

set as avatar

You have to hold Alt or ctrl with the print screen button

No it shouldnt, not all do it that way. Mine requires you to hold ctrl for full screen and alt for just the window.
