ive talked to ravi a bunch he is kind of an arrogant as$hole. i think i've mentioned this before. he works with one of his brothers or something (they look kinda alike). i'm not sure if it's his older or younger but he's MUCH more chill. anyway ravi is a rich son of a gun for such a young kid (he's seriously like 21 and i peeped his paypal account when he wasn't looking lol). so i guess that gives him the right to be arrogant but not an as$hole lol. i think i'd be the same too though if i was busy like him and constantly dealt with newbs

790358896180 via Fedex.com. Sorry about the delays, there were some problems and confusion in this whole process as your amts wired for the bank transfer differed, as did the reference field in the bank transfer.

This was a custom order, added one of the products (eq) as a custom ordered part, so that is where the delays originated.

We usually immediately get all our products out, sorry for letting you down this time.

Sorry about your negative thoughts about me. I usually have so many responsiblities, and that is what my brother is responsible for all walk-ins, etc. That is his little niche. We will be moving to another building shortly, I will update you on the new location.

I don't know if you get most or half of your products out immediately, but my two ID Max 10's got to me all the way in KY VERY fast. Thanx man...

I had nothing but a good experience with Ravi. Answered all my questions within 30 minutes and received my amp within a week of getting my MO, which is super quick when shipping to Canada.

I own a car audio shop in Riga, Latvia (European Union country).

About 8 months ago I bought from indoaudio 60 items at Ebay (The list is included), and on 17.04.2007 I've sent 2424.23 U.S. Dollars to this company using PayPal.

Since that time all I recieve from them is mails with such content as:

"I'm working on it today", "We will send it tomorrow" etc.

Now I am collecting all documents I need, and I will get serious with this. I guarantee. I won't leave it like that.
