Is this company reliable ?

2 month ago i browsed throught ebay and found this company.

I like their stuff and i email indoaudio for price quote because i dont want to bid on ebay.

They quote me the total of 1K++ imcluding shipping to my country... (FAR EASTERN)

so i wired the money to them 4th of oct. it should take 3 days max to arrive. i even mail them my pic of my receipt and everything. Then they request 30$usd because i use wired bank transfer. Oh heck i send a money order to them straight away.

They had receive those money from the bank trace i refer from the bank i send to them.

Is 1dec now. Still my stuff haven arrive.!!!! 2 month ! jesus !

I called them (altought is expensive) but nobody ever answer the call.

I email them every week to ask about my stuff and they replied with funny question like....

when you bank in ,what is your order,i should give u the tracking number on tuesday,we will ship imidietly, item had been shipped, ebay is processing it now ??,what method did u send,ATM#? blah blah blah...

I gave him everything everything and they still keep asking me the same question for 2 month !

dont they keep their customer record? he cant even give me the tracking number.

i can paste my emai log here from day 1 i request the price quote till today.

Im being conned ? 99% of indo audio feedback is good on ebay.

why is this happening ? 1.5kUSD ! that's lots of money.

I dunno man, I've seen them around ebay and they seem reliable, but unfortunately you fall into the 1% of bad bad C/S. I would just keep calling, emailing for the product. I'm sure some of the time with a seller, they may have some billing, shipping, reselling issues, but two months is absurd. He should at the very least be honest with you.

I always recommend purchasing with a CC of ebay, cuz if you never receive the product you can get the Credit card company to go after him.

they are reliable, it probaly takes a little more time with international sales im sure. just keep on them u will get your stuff.

The problem is i cant get him to give me the tracking number as he promised.

If they use shipping method without tracking number (sea transport) (CHEAPER) , at least tell me.. i can wait .....but 2 month dont u think is a little bit OVER ? I'll wait till end of this month before i lodge report to Internet fraud with my mail log and my receipt.

Like lightbeing said at least they are being honest with me. Im ok with it. But they keep on pulling longer and longer. Like i said they didnt keep customer info. If any guys live near them at least lend me a hand to help me. Im very sad to see my 2 month salary goes WOOOHOO like that... dont u ? Even my beard is 2 inch longer.

It took one week to get an amp from them here in Canada. I don't know what kind of calendar you are working off of by from Nov 4 to Dec 1, its not even a month yet. Just be patient, and depending where you are, it may take 6 weeks.

Even for over seas 2 months is way too long. This guy has some explaining to do. I'd say 2-3 weeks at the most.
