i bought two amps from indoaudio. i was very disappointed with the way they shipped them. they put both amps (two boxes) in one box with no padding, just found a box they both fit in and it was tight. not the best method seeing if some retard ups employee is having a bad day and decides to throw my box a bit harshly, but it got the job done. i didn't have any problems with dealing with them though. they were friendly, answered my e-mails in a timely fashion, and delivery was fast. would of been a perfect transaction if only they put some extra effort into packaging the items.

I ordered an amp from indoaudio on Nov. 12. It took them weeks just to ship it out. Finally they did get the amp shipped out on day before thanksgiving day. Then they gave me a tracking number the day before it came in which was just this past Thursday. Atleast it finally came in.

Indoaudio screwed me over. they sent my item (subs) to the wrong address and by the time they gave me the tracking number the item (subs) had supposely already been delivered to the wrong house. they took forever to ship the items out and then sent to wrong house. i had to file a complaint with ebay and about three months later i only got about 75% of my money back.

all in all i would not buy from them again.
